While it’s most commonly used on the face, Procell can be used on any area with skin laxity, scars, or stretch marks, such as the neck, décolleté, arms, hands, legs, abdomen, and back.

Most patients start to see skin texture and tone improvements within a week. Still, full results usually appear after a series of treatments, typically around three months after the initial treatment.

A typical Procell treatment takes about 60-90 minutes, including the time for applying the numbing cream.

While you may feel some mild discomfort, most patients find Procell tolerable. A numbing cream can be applied before the treatment to minimize discomfort.

This depends on the individual’s skin condition and desired results. A series of 3-6 treatments, spaced about 4-6 weeks apart, is recommended for optimal results.

Most people experience mild redness and swelling for 24-48 hours after the treatment, similar to a mild sunburn. This is a normal part of the healing process and should subside independently. You’re generally able to resume normal activities immediately after treatment.

1. If you have had cold sores in the past, it is recommended that you speak to your doctor about taking anti-viral medication starting 2 days before your scheduled treatment if you would like to have your lips treated on the day of your appointment.
2. Discontinue the use of retinol (2% or higher) or tretinoin at least 3 days before your treatment.
3. Typically, you won’t need numbing cream for your first treatment or any treatment at .25mm. You can expect to have some mild redness and swelling, as well as a warm, tight sensation that lasts between 4 to 24 hours.
4. For later treatments that involve longer needle lengths, it may be necessary to use a topical numbing cream. This could lead to redness and swelling, as well as small flecks of redness that can last anywhere from 4 to 72 hours.
5. If you are receiving treatment for hair loss, kindly ensure that you arrive at the office with the shortest possible haircut and clean hair. Also, please avoid applying sprays or gels.
6. If possible, please come to the office without any makeup on, and with a clean, (and for men a clean shaven) face.
7. Before undergoing microchanneling, it is advisable to wait for at least two weeks after receiving Botox, Fillers, or Threads injections. Furthermore, we require you to be content with the outcome of these treatments before we can provide you with any other services.

1. If you are given a mask, keep it on for at least 5 minutes.
2. Preferably no other products are applied until the following day.
3. It’s best to try and avoid being exposed to pet dander and other irritants. Sometimes, you might have a mild allergic reaction to pets or other things that you normally don’t react to, and this can happen within the first 24 hours.
4. If your skin feels hot and tight, similar to a mild sunburn, it may be helpful to moisturize regularly. Additionally, you can use a cool damp washcloth as needed.
5. When you receive your initial .25mm treatment, it is normal to experience slight redness and swelling, as well as a warm, tight feeling that can last for up to 24 hours.
6. After undergoing later treatments or those with longer needle lengths, you may experience redness, swelling, and small specks of redness for a period of 4-72 hours. These can be easily concealed using high-quality mineral makeup.
7. Mild skin sloughing can occur for a few days after treatment.
8. In rare instances, mild acne and milia may appear. It is important to avoid picking at these blemishes as they will typically resolve on their own within a few days.
9. During the first week, it is common to experience temporary side effects of TransEpidermal Water Loss, which may leave you feeling dry. To avoid this, it is recommended to keep moisturizer with you throughout the day and apply it as often as necessary. The more frequently you moisturize, the better your results will be.
10. Beginning the following morning; apply the Cellular Renewal Serum and Healing Accelerator separately to enhance results. (Cleanse and apply 1-3 pumps). Apply daily, morning and evening.
11. Return for a follow up treatment in 4-6 weeks or as recommended
