For the well-being and consideration of all visitors, Posh has a no pets policy. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets or animals into our facility. Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are exempt from this policy and are always welcome when accompanying clients with disabilities.Â
To maintain a serene and relaxing ambiance for all our clients, please arrange for childcare during your visit. We love children, however, this policy is in place for overall safety and care. We cannot be held liable for children coming into contact with hot or sharp tools, chemicals, or machinery, nor can we supervise children while providing services. We strive to create an environment conducive to relaxation and well-being for all.Â
Please silence or turn off cell phones during your time at Posh. There are very few times these days when one can truly unplug and relax, and maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests is our top priority.Â
We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you anticipate arriving late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your late arrival, please understand that it may result in a shortened, or if arriving more than 10 minutes late, a rescheduled appointment to avoid inconvenience for other clients. Abbreviated services due to a late arrival will still be charged at full value.Â
At Posh, we reserve valuable time and resources for your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a fee, which is 50% of the service fee.
A “no-show” or cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee.
All Medical or Injectable Appointments will incur the following fees if canceled within 48 hours of the appointment, out of respect for our providers’ time.
30 minute appointment: $75
60 minute appointment: $125
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.Â
Posh does not offer refunds for services that have been completed. Aesthetic treatments can vary from person to person and neither results nor outcomes can be guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
Retail: Retail items are final sale, however, defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for the same item only.

Payment for service is due in full at the time of service. Posh accepts all major credit cards, cash, and collaborates with various companies in order to provide payment plans for specific services.
Gratuity is not included in the cost of service, and is entirely optional and at the discretion of our clients. It is a gesture of appreciation for exceptional service, and it is never expected but always appreciated.
